Street Angels: Transforming Lives Through Creativity
Established by Gaz in 2015 and operating through Centrepoint, Street Angels reinvests all profits back into Centrepoint to enhance its offerings. This includes acquiring additional equipment, resources, staffing, and funding trips that benefit the children in numerous ways. Working for a charity like this is incredibly fulfilling, knowing that every penny earned contributes directly to the well-being and development of the children we serve.

Why the Name "Street Angels"?The name "Street Angels" was born out of creativity and collaboration. Following the success of Team A Light, children at Centrepoint expressed interest in forming another dance group. After much brainstorming, the name "Street Angels" stood out as a perfect fit.
The term "Street" reflects the origins of street dance, which began outside traditional studios, in open spaces like streets, parks, and playgrounds. The word "Angel" symbolises something extraordinary and superhuman, aligning beautifully with the belief that dance is for everyone. It fosters self-belief and reinforces the idea that anyone can achieve greatness through creativity and determination.
